Expertise in Java/J2EE((JSP/Servlet/Tomcat)), Spring framework(IOC,AOP, JDBC Templates),JDBC and JSP
Strong RDBMS/Database concepts, must be expert in any one database skills(Oracle /SQL Server / DB2) and proficient in writing SQLs (insert/update/delete/truncate etc) and aware of writing performance queries using parallelism etc.
Good knowledge in Swing, XSL,
Good Communication, Excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to learn new skills/technologies quickly as needed
